Your analytical and communication abilities will be key in enhancing clients' understanding of COBRA and pre-tax benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employers in managing their pre-tax benefit programs, including overseeing contract implementations and renewals.
- Facilitate implementation discussions for new employer partners to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience and clarity regarding our offerings.
- Respond to inquiries from a diverse clientele, including employees, employers, and brokers, providing timely and effective support.
- Guide employee participants in comprehending and utilizing their benefits to maximize their potential.
- Collaborate with the finance department by coordinating operational tasks such as invoicing and accounts receivable to ensure financial precision and efficiency.
- Engage in special projects as assigned, contributing to the ongoing enhancement and expansion of our services and operations.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $28.00 (equivalent to $58,240 annually)
