Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service-Self Storage Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing storage facilities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, addressing their storage needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage storage facilities, including conducting daily inspections, auditing cash drawers, and making bank deposits.
  • Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations on packing and moving supplies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective operations, including sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
