Job Title: Customer Service Parts Coordinator

Ryder System is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient ordering, receiving, and inventory management of parts at our Ft. Pierce, FL location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct physical inventory, parts ordering, and receiving to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts to our customers.
  • Process Purchase Orders and Supplier invoices to ensure seamless payment and inventory management.
  • Oversee parts obsolescence and ensure that obsolete parts are properly removed from inventory.
  • Responsible for shipping warranty and parts returns to vendors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts room to ensure efficient inventory management.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year or more of experience in inventory and parts administration/clerical functions preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
