**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team at Leafwire. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and friendly environment for our patients, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, vendors, and staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Recommend and select products based on patient needs, communicating the effects of different cannabis types clearly and effectively.
  • Ensure strict controls are in place to protect organization assets, maintaining a clean and organized dispensary environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, processing, and replenishing merchandise, as well as participating in inventory counts.
  • Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with six months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Retail, cash handling, and Point of Sales (POS) experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to critically think and problem solve without direction.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
