Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience
- Manage the community entry area, ensuring a clean and pleasant atmosphere for visitors and residents.
- Extend a warm welcome and greeting to all visitors, offering beverages and providing community information.
- Coordinate with the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director to meet with prospective residents and families, ensuring minimal wait times.
- Answer incoming calls and resident calls within two to three rings, using the community's greeting message and identification.
- Take complete messages with pertinent information and communicate them to the intended recipient.
- Offer a community overview to callers, determine who to forward the call to, and notify the caller of the transfer.
- Manage appointments for residents and family members, such as hairdressers, transportation, and other services.
- Send get-well cards to residents and sympathy cards to families, obtaining community leaders' signatures before delivery.
- Administrative Support
- Assist the Associate Director/HR Designee in the community recruitment process.
- Perform computer data entry and other assigned general administrative duties.
- Education and Experience
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Proven customer service experience and skills.
- Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.
