Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Phoenix Senior Living. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Manage the community entry area, ensuring a clean and pleasant atmosphere for visitors and residents.
    • Extend a warm welcome and greeting to all visitors, offering beverages and providing community information.
    • Coordinate with the Community Engagement Director and Executive Director to meet with prospective residents and families, ensuring minimal wait times.
    • Answer incoming calls and resident calls within two to three rings, using the community's greeting message and identification.
    • Take complete messages with pertinent information and communicate them to the intended recipient.
    • Offer a community overview to callers, determine who to forward the call to, and notify the caller of the transfer.
    • Manage appointments for residents and family members, such as hairdressers, transportation, and other services.
    • Send get-well cards to residents and sympathy cards to families, obtaining community leaders' signatures before delivery.
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist the Associate Director/HR Designee in the community recruitment process.
    • Perform computer data entry and other assigned general administrative duties.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma/GED required.
    • Proven customer service experience and skills.
    • Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.
