Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including the collection of necessary documentation and compliance with employment verification procedures.
  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring proper notifications and documentation.
  • Conduct various HR functions such as employment verifications and labor law compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with legal and company standards.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Act as a welcoming presence for visitors and manage incoming communications.
  • Oversee general office operations, including supply management and event planning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the Human Resources sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • A calm demeanor and professionalism in all interactions.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to perform tasks in an office setting, including lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining organization within the workspace.
