About the Role:

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth for Galloup. This role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them

Manage customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the sales process.
