We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team at Barrington James. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the clinical research industry.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
