We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve business development goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts through trade associations, state agencies, and other organizations
  • Source new sales opportunities through prospecting and outbound methods
  • Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and other events to showcase our products and services
  • Manage bids and proposals to increase sales and revenue
  • Participate in developing and executing long-term business strategies
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in new business development, preferably in a hunter role
  • Experience with the RFP process in private and government sectors
  • Strategic sales experience, preferably in contract services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Management, or equivalent experience
  • Superior communication, cooperation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically and operate autonomously
