We are currently seeking a dedicated and career-focused Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Systems Engineer to enhance our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead System Engineering processes for LRASM Command, Control, and Communications (C3) development initiatives.
  • Capture requirements and develop a comprehensive requirements traceability matrix along with test metrics to facilitate model development and testing.
  • Support the planning and execution of System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs) and Test and Evaluation activities, including flight test planning and system certification.
  • Facilitate technical interchange meetings, working groups, and design reviews.
  • Monitor contractor and vendor performance concerning program milestones and assess the timeliness of deliverables.
  • Address issues, tasks, and action items while managing and organizing program-related engineering documentation.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of technical requirements for air platforms and weapon systems.
  • Provide expertise in system architecture, interface management, and integration.
  • Perform independent technical reviews of program documentation and oversee configuration requirements.
  • Advise on technical risks and opportunities impacting program objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related scientific field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of six (6) years of experience in Systems Engineering related to military aircraft or weapon systems.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Clearance Requirements:

This position necessitates U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.


Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods. Frequent communication with colleagues and clients is required, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be capable of exchanging accurate information in these situations. Regular operation of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.
