$120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. As a Senior Sales Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs.">
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to ensure achievement of company revenue targets.">
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and challenges, and positioning our company as a trusted partner.">
  • Hunting and prospecting for new business opportunities within the assigned territory, leveraging industry contacts, associations, and existing clients.">
  • Providing regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to management.">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of high-quality services.">
  • Negotiating contracts, discussing prices and sales agreements to ensure maximum profitability.">
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.">
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management within the manufacturing industry.">
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting, hunting, and territory management.">
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.">
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with key decision-makers and influence at all levels.">
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving revenue targets.">
  • High level of self-motivation, with a strong drive to exceed expectations.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.">
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
