Executive Sales Director for Manufacturing Industry

Salary Range$120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts by identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- B build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business requirements and challenges, and positioning our company as a trusted partner.
- Pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory by leveraging industry contacts, associations, and existing clients.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of high-quality services.
- Negotiate contracts, discuss prices, and sales agreements to ensure maximum profitability.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting, hunting, and territory management.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with key decision-makers and influence at all levels.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
