  • Establish a strong presence in the community to facilitate outreach and recruitment efforts.
  • Provide expert enrollment counseling to incoming students and families, ensuring a smooth transition to our educational programs.
  • Process new student enrollments, student transfers, student withdrawals, and waiting lists with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison to parents, facilitating parent education and involvement in their child's academic journey.
  • Administer all enrollment, grading, and scheduling standard operating procedures and timelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize and maintain the computerized student information system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including both hard copy and online records.
  • Prepare and maintain computer records of student attendance, including late/early-arrival forms and absences.
  • Maintain attendance accounting records in accordance with EMIS standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate and distribute excessive absences letters or other attendance problem letters to parents, as needed.
  • Maintain records of students' scores on state-mandated tests and standardized tests.
  • Maintain records of student suspensions, student withdrawal from school, and record of reasons for student withdrawal.
  • Prepare customized reports for Academy needs, providing valuable insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with school personnel, parents, students, and central office staff, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to local, state, and federal policies and regulations.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones, taking messages, greeting visitors/guests, addressing student needs, and releasing students as requested.
  • Assist in yearly enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local and regional high schools and/or colleges, fostering partnerships and collaborations.
  • Maintain student confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Principal or Management, ensuring the smooth operation of the Academy.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma at minimum, Associates Degree preferred.
  • Experience in K-12 Education, with a focus on student information systems and EMIS state reporting databases.
  • Ability to oversee, manage, and submit state-mandated reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Satisfactory completion of local, state, and federal criminal history check and TB test.
  • Demonstrated ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with students, parents, and administrators.
  • Ability to meet established deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
