  • Facilitate the enrollment process for eligible patients and residents into various health insurance programs, including Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program.
  • Serve as a liaison with state agencies to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
  • Develop and implement outreach program strategies to effectively engage the community.
QualificationsEducation
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Preference for candidates with an Associate or Bachelor's degree.
Essential Skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in engaging with diverse populations.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in community engagement.
Technical Proficiencies
  1. Competence in operating standard office equipment, including personal computers and copiers.
