Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Raute Group. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from sourcing and vendor management to order placement and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Initiate and manage purchase orders, including negotiation of prices and terms.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, lead times, and other key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with experience in procurement software a plus.
  • Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as electrical and PC-based equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
