Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000, with potential for uncapped commissions based on performance. We also offer a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development, marketing support, and access to industry-leading technology.

Responsibilities

This role involves handling all aspects of real estate sales, from initial contact to closing deals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Generating new leads through networking and marketing efforts
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with buyers and sellers
  • Hosting open houses and other events to showcase properties
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the transaction process

Qualifications include a proactive and positive problem-solving attitude, strong negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
