Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Off Premise Beer Sales Representative to join our team in Nashville, TN. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of sales, volume, and rate of sale growth for our premium beer brand within a dedicated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with distributor personnel to ensure market goals are met.
  • Increase availability and visibility of products through distribution, display execution, and cooler resets.
  • Take a data-driven approach to identify new opportunities for distribution and upsell, secure multiple SKU distribution, and maintain store shelf standards.

Requirements:
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • 1-3 years demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the beer industry.

Compensation and Benefits:The estimated annual salary for this role is between $44,000-$59,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus potential is subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions. Inspira Marketing is proud to offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
