Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at CCG of South Florida.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care services, coordinating daily operations, and maintaining accurate records. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care services, including scheduling appointments, checking in/checking out patients, and confirming appointments.
  • Answer incoming calls, screen calls, and receive messages via HIPAA-compliant messaging systems.
  • Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
  • Collect co-payments, deductibles, and patient balances.
  • Daily reconcile charges and payments.
  • Scan and upload documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual skills in English-Spanish (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience working with EMR systems.
