Job Title: Regional Vice President

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead revenue growth initiatives, including Walk to End Alzheimer's and The Longest Day events
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with local health care leaders, community organizations, and government agencies
  • Oversee the work of chapter executives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of programs and services
  • Collaborate with Area Leaders and peer Regional Leaders to develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff and volunteers, ensuring a culture of excellence and innovation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in business, public health, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in managing revenue and expense budgets for program and business operations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Director of a multi-million-dollar chapter
  • Deep knowledge of Voluntary Health Associations and public policy initiatives
  • Proven development/fundraising and revenue-generating expertise
  • Senior management experience in a large non-profit organization

  • Competitive salary range: $270,000 - $320,000
