Prepared Foods Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prepared Foods Team Leader to join our team at Whole Foods Market Tribeca. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for leading a team of prepared foods team members and ensuring that our prepared foods department operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of prepared foods team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team member engagement.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of prepared foods programs and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive experience in our prepared foods department.
- 2+ years of experience in a prepared foods or similar role.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
