Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Business Development Professional to join our team at Peerlogic in Scottsdale. This role involves generating new sales leads by making initial phone or email contacts and engaging with potential clients to prepare them for Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have high energy, a curiosity about the industry, and tenacity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting sales leads - Reach out to new clients through phone calls or emails, establish connections, and prepare them for meetings with Account Executives. Focus on encouraging purchases of our product offerings.
  • Account management - Maintain close relationships with existing accounts, create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between clients and Account Executives.
  • Customer support - Respond to client inquiries, identify issues, and suggest future or new products or services.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

Based on industry standards and market conditions, the estimated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000. At Peerlogic, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to our employees.
