Job Description:

As a Commercial Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers grow their businesses and simplify their lives by selling our products and solutions. You'll work closely with our sales teams to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver tailored demos of our Nextiva solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uncover prospects' needs and pain points through thorough research and analysis
  • Critically think through solutions and make recommendations based on customer needs
  • Create and manage a pipeline of minimum 3x your quota assignment
  • Deliver high-velocity sales motions with accuracy and precision
  • Maintain proper Salesforce hygiene and accuracy for pipeline delivery
  • Achieve no less than 100% of assigned quota on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • 1+ years preferred sales experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, PaaS, or related industry experience
  • Salesforce expertise
  • Ability to create and present sales presentations and pitch decks
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and close deals effectively
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and pain points, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Total Rewards:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
