Job Title: Event Sales Admin

At Topgolf, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Sales Admin to join our team. As an Event Sales Admin, you will play a critical role in managing client inquiries and bookings, coordinating event logistics, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the event sales team in managing client inquiries and bookings.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling and room setup.
  • Communicate with clients to gather event requirements and preferences.
  • Provide excellent guest service by addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in office software and booking systems.
  • Previous experience in event coordination or administrative roles is a plus.
