As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and strengthening relationships with our customers as a trusted customer advisor. Your responsibilities will include utilizing a solution-selling approach to guide customers through their journey, maintaining a deep working knowledge of our solutions, and understanding the competitive landscape. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other stakeholders to plan, organize, and promote attendance of customer events, such as user group meetings, educational webinars, training sessions, and customer appreciation events.
The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
