As an office-based position, this role requires effective performance onsite. The responsibilities include overseeing client satisfaction for a limited number of accounts as lead Associate Relationship Advisor, collaborating with the service team and NT resources to ensure timely delivery of quality fiduciary service, issue resolution, and development of advisory relationships. Key duties Include: coordinating account management tasks, responding to partner and client service requests, executing daily client activity, and developing working knowledge of governing documents and account agreements.

The successful candidate will manage an assigned account base of wealth management clients by working with clients and their advisors to develop a thorough understanding of client needs and goals. Developing knowledge of fiduciary duties and applicable laws is essential, including trust and tax law, estate planning techniques, financial planning, asset management, and prudent investment principles. Proactive client contact through written and verbal communication with suitable frequency is required, along with excellent time management skills. Understanding and complying with internal policies, processes, and procedures are necessary to effect prudent risk management and judgment. Recognizing fiduciary risk issues and seeking appropriate resolution is also required.

This role offers the opportunity to assist the service team with business development, including preparing and making client presentations, cultivating relationships with referral sources and centers of influence to build the business, and identifying and developing new business opportunities. Seeking continued development of fiduciary and advisory skills through training and experience is essential.

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
