Job Title: Acquisition Training Specialist

IMSolutions is seeking an experienced Acquisition Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing training and coaching on acquisition processes and topics to program officials and federal acquisition staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs on acquisition processes and topics, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) regulations and policies.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support recommendations for new training topics and materials.
  • Support stakeholder engagement to identify new training topics and provide recommendations on acquisition best practices and lessons learned.
  • Develop new training materials and content using various training mediums.
  • Maintain accuracy and availability of content on collaboration platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (business, economics, political science, etc.) with at least 10 years of experience in the acquisition field.
  • Experience and subject matter expertise in FAR regulations and policies, including Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) and Homeland Security Acquisition Manual (HSAM).
  • Ability to train or convey technical jargon to non-technical individuals.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Foreign National with a work permit and residing in the U.S. for 3 or more years.
  • Ability to pass a Federal Public Trust Clearance.

  • Base compensation range: $90,000 to $120,000.
