Role Overview

We're seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing a positive and helpful experience for our customers. This will involve answering queries, resolving issues, and providing product information and advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer product information and advice to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge they need to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
