Key Responsibilities
  • Administer customer service for assigned customers, ensuring timely entry of orders, correct pricing, and accurate delivery of products.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to Account Team supervisors/managers as needed.
  • Work closely with sales and merchandising teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve order fulfillment processes.
  • Monitor and analyze customer programs, tonnage dollars, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to resolve exceptions, manage inventory, and optimize logistics.
  • Travel to customer or plant facilities to meet with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders to discuss business needs and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 0-3 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong reading, writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and understand customer protocols, negotiate, and manage conflict.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems, including SAP, Manugistics, CFS, SRP, and other relevant systems.
  • Ability to travel to customer or plant facilities, including overnight travel.
Work Environment

This position is mostly sedentary, with occasional movement to other offices or buildings. May require occasional lifting of light equipment or supplies.
