We are in search of a
Call Center Representative to support our clinics. The Call Center Representative will handle various receptionist, clerical, and billing responsibilities, including answering and screening phone calls, taking messages, scheduling patient appointments, checking in patients, collecting billing information, assisting with patient account inquiries, and maintaining medical records.

Additionally, this role involves aiding patients in completing registration forms, letters, medical records, and insurance documentation.

Qualifications


High School Diploma plus at least 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Call Center Representative, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
