Primary Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating appointment schedules.
  2. Welcoming and assisting patients, managing check-in and check-out processes with care and enthusiasm.
  3. Handling multi-line phone calls.
  4. Conducting daily appointment confirmations.
  5. Addressing insurance inquiries and directing them appropriately.
  6. Managing hearing aid check-ins, repairs, troubleshooting, and cleaning (training provided).
  7. Performing various office tasks as needed, including supply management and assisting colleagues.
  8. Sending birthday cards and warranty letters.

Required Experience and Skills:

  1. Prior experience in office administration or related fields is preferred.
  2. Experience with insurance claims is advantageous.
  3. A positive attitude and the ability to greet everyone warmly, both in person and over the phone.
  4. Strong prioritization and multitasking skills are essential.
  5. Problem-solving abilities are crucial.
  6. A willingness to learn and adapt in the hearing healthcare sector is important.
  7. Excellent verbal communication skills.
  8. Attention to detail and a proactive work ethic are necessary.
  9. Proficiency in computer applications.

We offer a competitive hourly wage along with bonus opportunities, healthcare benefits, paid time off, paid holidays after a designated period, and a 401K plan after one year. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
