Job Title: Business Development Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team at Helix Resources, LLC. As a key member of our sales and project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, managing project costs, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire construction process, from project initiation to completion.
  • Manage project costs, including budgeting, cost estimating, and cost control.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, meeting deadlines and schedules.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress and costs.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
