We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organic growth of a portfolio of leading global accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Growth: Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy to drive sustainable double-digit growth for a portfolio of 15-20 American headquartered global accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple regions through regular virtual and physical client visits.
  • Content Delivery: Determine core content requirements and provide bespoke delivery options to ensure wide adoption of services and key prices across each account.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet monthly and annual sales targets, and provide weekly forecasting of the annual value of the Book of Business (BoB) and its expected growth.
  • CRM Management: Effectively use CRM (salesforce) in line with internal processes to ensure all opportunities are updated in a timely manner.
  • Account Planning: Create and update account plans for each allocated portfolio every six months.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Anticipate and report on key competitive threats to ensure the company remains ahead of the market.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record of successfully growing a multi-million dollar portfolio of strategic or enterprise accounts.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
