Account Development Manager

ABM Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
- Develop and present proposals to clients to secure new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the facilities services industry
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue for clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
