Job Title: Southwest Business Development Manager

Join our team as a Southwest Business Development Manager and drive the growth of our clients in the region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing clients by providing solutions for new challenges and consulting on their talent needs
  • Develop relationships with clients and prospects to drive loyalty and growth
  • Hit performance targets by being goal-oriented, taking initiative, and remaining agile in a fast-paced industry
  • Partner with Practice Directors, fulfillment teams, and other experts to sell as a team
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Public Accounting, and/or Industry accounting experience
  • Strong business acumen in finance/accounting, internal audit/risk & compliance, and tax areas
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Accounting/Finance/Economics, or related field
