Job Overview

Are you an experienced Office Coordinator eager to demonstrate your expertise? LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of an Office Coordinator for a temporary contract role. This is an excellent chance to engage with a prominent national organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Maintain the coffee station in the kitchen area.
  • Replenish supplies in the kitchen, including plates, cups, and utensils.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of the dishwasher.
  • Organize and tidy the mailroom to ensure efficiency.
  • Collect, scan, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Prepare and process certified mail as needed.
  • Scan CMR documents and upload them to the designated drive.
  • Arrange for lunches and bagels as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to meet deadlines.
  • At least one year of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Employment Type: Temporary contract

Compensation: $23.38 per hour
