Position Overview:
As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary focus will be on enhancing and optimizing outcomes for designated clients and their associated vendors. This includes responsibilities such as recruitment, training and enablement, customer acquisition, pipeline development, and cross-selling initiatives, all while leveraging platform data.
In this role, you will serve as a vital link in facilitating sales within a specific customer segment or product category. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will work closely with sales teams, vendors, and clients to deliver valuable insights, technical knowledge, and outstanding service. Key Qualifications:

- Proficient in computer operations, particularly with Microsoft applications such as Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in a sales or solutions capacity within the technology sector, ideally with a focus on platform products or services.
- Background in customer service with excellent communication skills, especially in writing.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships.
- Self-driven and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Engages in projects of limited scope and complexity, adhering to standard practices and procedures for data analysis.
- Theoretical knowledge typically gained through advanced education.
- Generally requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience in customer service and/or sales, along with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
The typical base salary range for this position across the U.S. is USD $45,000 to $72,000 annually.
This range reflects potential annual base pay for all roles; the specific pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range is influenced by various factors, including role complexity, job responsibilities, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and updated annually.
