Client Services Specialist

Annexus Group is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team in North Scottsdale. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the issue and processing of our line of fixed annuity products
- Assisting with daily workflow systems
- Preparing various reports and presentations as needed
- Data entry and maintenance
- Recommending and implementing process changes to improve services
- Testing new technology enhancements into infrastructure to ensure all business and regulatory objectives are satisfied
- Providing office support services for New Business Organization and Agent support
- Receiving, directing, and relaying internal and external communications
- Maintaining the operations scanning/filing system
Desired skills and experience include:
- 2+ years' experience in an investment environment, 2-5 years administrative experience. One of: Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66 OR Life and Health Licenses strongly desired.
- Excellent client service, quality, teamwork.
- Typing and 10 key proficiency.
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy, follow up, and follow through
- Superior interpersonal, written and oral communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization and external partners.
- Possesses initiative, sound judgment, proactive, and professional demeanor. Organized with strong coordinating, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Windows environment.
- Experience with workflow systems, Salesforce a plus
