Annexus Group is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team in North Scottsdale. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the issue and processing of our line of fixed annuity products
  • Assisting with daily workflow systems
  • Preparing various reports and presentations as needed
  • Data entry and maintenance
  • Recommending and implementing process changes to improve services
  • Testing new technology enhancements into infrastructure to ensure all business and regulatory objectives are satisfied
  • Providing office support services for New Business Organization and Agent support
  • Receiving, directing, and relaying internal and external communications
  • Maintaining the operations scanning/filing system

Desired skills and experience include:

  • 2+ years' experience in an investment environment, 2-5 years administrative experience. One of: Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66 OR Life and Health Licenses strongly desired.
  • Excellent client service, quality, teamwork.
  • Typing and 10 key proficiency.
  • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy, follow up, and follow through
  • Superior interpersonal, written and oral communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization and external partners.
  • Possesses initiative, sound judgment, proactive, and professional demeanor. Organized with strong coordinating, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Windows environment.
  • Experience with workflow systems, Salesforce a plus
