As a Field Sales Executive specializing in Lubricants, you will take charge of an established client portfolio to achieve volume and profit margin objectives while actively pursuing new business prospects. Your effectiveness will be rooted in recognizing cross-selling possibilities, keeping a current sales pipeline, formulating account strategies, tracking performance metrics, and effectively engaging with stakeholders to provide outstanding customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and work collaboratively with sales colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and create strategic account plans.
  • Evaluate account performance and devise strategies for underperforming accounts.
  • Capture and manage customer data using customer relationship management tools.
  • Develop profitable solutions for clients while understanding credit approval requirements.
  • Communicate internally to guarantee a superior customer experience and forecast sales opportunities.
  • Recognize retention risks and formulate retention strategies.
  • Engage in sales meetings and assist in sales forecasting and consolidation.
Your Required Skills:
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and be an effective collaborator and team player.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Your Background:
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in Lubricant or Oil/Gas sales is highly preferred.
