Senior Investment Banking Associate/Vice President

Oaklands Global Financial Services Recruitment is currently working with a leading global Investment Bank to find a highly skilled Senior Associate or Vice President with a strong background in investment banking (M&A) and a minimum of 3+ years of experience within the A&D space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior bankers in identifying potential acquisition targets and drafting LOIs with target companies.
  • Perform extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses as well as financial modeling.
  • Engage in frequent meetings with prospective targets, clients, senior bankers, and other transaction advisors.
  • Coordinate transaction processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions.
  • Prepare proposals and transaction marketing materials.
  • Organize and participate in marketing and client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in investment banking #M&A.
  • Previous deal experience within #A&D.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Four-year degree with a record of strong academic achievement.
