Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update patient charts with incoming lab results.
- Prepare patient records for upcoming appointments and ensure proper documentation is ready for practitioners.
- Assist health practitioners with various tasks as required.
- Manage incoming phone calls and ensure timely responses to missed calls.
- Monitor and respond to emails and other communications promptly.
- Document all patient interactions and tasks in the management system for tracking purposes.
- Facilitate patient check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and schedule follow-up visits.
- Handle faxing of documents as necessary.
- Process supplement orders from patients and prepare them for shipment.
- At the end of each workday, identify two tasks to prioritize for the following day.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Work Environment:
- Integrative Medicine practice focused on holistic health.
Work Schedule:
- Standard business hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

The Healthcare Administrative Coordinator is expected to undertake any assigned tasks with the understanding that all duties will adhere to ethical standards. Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $17, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Office 365, Outlook, OneDrive).
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Slack and Zoom.
- Experience with Cerbo (EMR).
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year in a customer service or similar client-facing role.
- Proficient in using modern technology and software.
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for task management.
- Ability to follow through on tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Interest or experience in integrative medicine or natural healing.
- Familiarity with Cerbo (EMR).
