Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Mike Kuebler - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and marketing insurance products and services that maximize value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of State Farm insurance products and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients and identify their needs.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in insurance sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Current State Farm license and prior experience with the company are required.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

This is a remote position with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
