Job Title: Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Apple Door Systems. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the pipeline of potential customers and partnering with them to complete their orders and coordinate installation of garage doors, entry doors, security and storm doors, pet doors, awnings, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pipeline of potential customers and partner with them to complete their orders and coordinate installation.
  • Gather necessary information from customers and provide job estimates.
  • Generate new leads and follow up with potential leads.
  • Meet with customers onsite to provide them with product information and project plans.
  • Work with the Purchasing team to ensure all materials are ordered accurately and in time for installation.
  • Clearly communicate with technicians and other team members regarding upcoming and ongoing installation/service jobs.
  • Provide customers with the appropriate forms and documents to prepare for installation.
  • Act as liaison between customer and contractor as needed.
  • Attend Home shows, networking events, and other company events as needed.
  • Travel through assigned territory to site-check customer residential/commercial properties.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Basic electrical/construction knowledge and/or experience preferred.
  • Commercial door and access product experience preferred.
