Your Impact

This role is pivotal in shaping the e-commerce experience for OpenText Consumer brands, including Webroot and Carbonite. You will identify and execute strategic testing in high-impact areas and drive significant improvements in our online sales presence.

What the Role Offers

  • Driving Digital Experiences
    • Lead a test-and-learn strategy that continuously enhances the consumer experience, improving e-commerce conversion, retention, and expansion.
    • Promote a culture of innovation through the implementation of a rigorous testing and feedback mechanism.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop hypotheses and test plans that align with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Optimization
    • Analyze sales flow performance and identify opportunities for improvement using strong quantitative skills.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as conversion rates and bounce rates, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the sales journey.
  • Communication and Strategy
    • Communicate strategy and results to stakeholders, providing regular updates on key performance metrics, achievements, and areas of improvement.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in consumer e-commerce (DTC) sales user experience and conversion optimization.
  • Superior analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with data teams to derive actionable insights.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools, user behavior analysis, funnel analysis, and site performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in website testing methodologies, statistical validation, and a deep understanding of conversion funnels and current web practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and complex information to broader stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives.
  • Experience with SAAS models/subscription products required.
