As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to partner with leading companies, tackle complex issues, and contribute to projects shaping the future of digital transformation.

This role is pivotal in shaping the eCommerce experience for OpenText Consumer brands, including Webroot and Carbonite. You will identify and execute strategic testing in high-impact areas and drive significant improvements in our online sales presence.

To succeed, you will possess a blend of technical acumen, industry expertise, and cross-functional leadership to dramatically enhance the digital shopping experience, boost conversion rates, and create a cohesive sales journey for direct Consumer eCommerce.

  • Develop and execute a test-and-learn strategy that continuously enhances the consumer experience, improving eCommerce conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Implement a culture of innovation through a rigorous testing and feedback mechanism.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional team members to develop hypotheses and test plans that align with business objectives.
  • Utilize key learnings to drive product, customer portal, and website roadmap requirements and improvements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates and bounce rates; implement data-driven strategies to optimize the sales journey.

About the Role

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Consumer eCommerce (DTC) sales user experience and conversion optimization.
  • Superior analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with data teams to derive actionable insights.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools, user behavior analysis, funnel analysis, and site performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in website testing methodologies, statistical validation, and deep understanding of conversion funnels, current Close Rate Optimization/Web practices, and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and complex information to broader stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives.
  • Experience with SAAS models/subscription products required.
