Job Summary

The Relationship Manager is responsible for fostering long-term business relationships to drive sales growth for Advanced Disaster Recovery Inc. This role involves generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with key decision-makers, such as Facility Directors, Chief Engineers, General Managers, and C-Suite executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with referral sources, trade partners, and commercial decision-makers to grow a portfolio of high-value accounts.
  • Steward existing client/partner base and create new account relationships through effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to formalizing customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Deliver consultative sales meetings, plan appointment schedules, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and meet/exceed monthly sales quotas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably selling a service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Experience selling to insurance agents, small service contractors, property and facility managers/property owners is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Exchange).
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
