Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Supervisor to join our team at Harrington House in Dorchester, MA. As a Residential Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and success of our youth who have experienced trauma and/or significant emotional and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Milieu/Program Director to ensure appropriate staffing coverage and provide supervision and support to direct care staff.
  • Hire, train, and evaluate direct care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
  • MEDIATE staff issues and employee conflicts in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Host team meetings and provide training and weekly supervision to ensure staff are equipped to provide the best possible care.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with youth, preferably in a residential setting.
  • High School diploma or equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
