The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Residential Supervisor to join our dynamic team of professionals implementing our trauma-informed care model. As a Residential Supervisor, you will work closely with the Milieu/Program Director to ensure appropriate staffing coverage, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care staff. You will also mediate staff issues and employee conflicts, host team meetings, and provide training and weekly supervision.
