Job Overview

NFC Amenity Management is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the front desk operations, ensuring seamless communication with residents, guests, and staff.
  • Coordinate with property management and area leadership to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Monitor and review employee performance, providing support and training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with property-specific systems and procedures.
  • Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor and potential home buyer/renter visits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to resident requests and concerns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
