Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engages with customers both in and out of the dealership, ensuring a positive experience while addressing inquiries to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Responds promptly to leads via CRM and phone, follows up with clients, schedules appointments, builds trusting relationships, and enters all customer information into the CRM to avoid overdue leads.
  • Welcomes all customers entering the dealership with a friendly demeanor, introduces oneself, and guides them through the customer experience.
  • Promotes additional products and services.
  • Connects customers with parts and service departments consistently, acting as a liaison to enhance sales outcomes.
  • Completes necessary documentation and finalizes deals as authorized by management.
  • Processes credit applications in accordance with company compliance guidelines to secure financing for customers while adhering to state regulations regarding sales tax, title, licensing, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Structures financing deals that comply with lender requirements and dealership policies, ensuring quick funding and high customer satisfaction while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Communicates financial details transparently to customers.
  • Maintains strong relationships with lenders and assesses new lending programs.
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills and adheres to best practices during customer interactions.
  • Ensures that all products offered include extended service plans, GAP insurance, pre-paid maintenance, and more.
  • Utilizes available OEM programs and incentives to benefit both customers and the dealership.
  • Develops new product offerings and presentation methods.
  • Participates in all required training for sales and finance.
  • Performs other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in motorcycle sales and financing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
  • Proficient in basic mathematics and writing.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A genuine passion for and knowledge of motorcycles.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence or a strong desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment while enjoying the role.
  • Must pass drug screening, background checks, and pre-employment assessments.
