Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Lion Salon and Spa. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and professional salon environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, book appointments, and confirm client visits
  • Perform transactions for client services, including retail sales and point-of-sale operations
  • Greet clients with a friendly smile, ensuring a welcoming and inviting atmosphere
  • Keep the salon front clean, organized, and professional-looking at all times
  • Sell retail products to clients, promoting our brand and services
  • Evaluate and cross-check student performance on the Service Cycle
  • Rebook clients to maintain client retention and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Salon Manager to develop marketing strategies and promotions
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling/calendar apps
